A 7-Step Guide for Small-Size Law Firms: The Force Majeure Clause (2023)
After talking with a litigation attorney at a large corporate law firm, I was able to understand how typical force majeure cases are classified and tried, and so I created a guide that connected my newfound knowledge with the functions of small and mid size law firms.
I developed this guide as part of my independent study regarding the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic on law. This visual was aimed at small and mid-size law firms who faced many clients wanting to terminate their contracts due to the pandemic. Because a pandemic is seen as a new and unforeseeable circumstances , this guide could help firms approach cases that invoke the force majeure clause.
“when the tea isn’t strong enough” (2025)
This trailer for my portfolio depicts the emotional spiral of when the tea isn’t strong enough to quiet the emotional turmoil in me as I grow up. My intent for this video was to be hazy and cryptic by incorporating close-ups of my art and preliminary sketches over a nostalgic slideshow format.
